On Thursday, April 30th @ 1446 hours Talleyville was alerted for a School Bus on fire in the parking lot of Brandywine High School in the 1400 blk of Foulk Rd. Engine 253, Rescue 25 and 258 made that response. Also sent on initial was Engine 115. 188B was on scene reporting bus fully involved. Units went on scene confirming same. One 2" line was deployed by the crew of 253 and 258 placed under control @ 1500 hours returning 115. Station 25 units cleared scen @ 1536 hours.

Monday, April 13th @ 1922 hours Talleyville was alerted for a structure fire @ 26 Neponset Rd in Dartmouth Woods. Initial response also sent Engine and Rescue 13 and DelCo Engine 66. 258 on scene with smoke showing. Upgrade brought RIT 11, BLS 13, Medic 4 and ALS 12 to the scene. 258 reports a basement fire with extension to #1 and #2 floors with 3 handlines in service. At 1947 hours 258 ordered an evacuation of the structure for accountability. 258 reported under control with all units working @ 2008 hours. At 1614 hours 253 was requested to the fire scene in the 600 blk of E. 22ND St.. Wednesday,1/29/09 @ 2245 hours Talleyville was alerted for a MVC w/rollover on Route 202 @ PA State Line. Also dispatched were NCCEMS Medic 4, ALS 12 and Trooper 4. Units on scene reporting a tractor trailer overturned w/driver trapped and a vehicle through the trailer w/one trapped. On Tuesday, 11/19/08 @ 1957 hours Talleyville was alerted for a Structure Fire in the area of Buck & Ardleigh Rds. Initial dispatch also sent Stations14,16,17,19, A-20, Medic 4, ALS21 and DSFMO to the scene and Engine 11 for the cover. Updated enroute to a house under construction @ 3807 Ardleigh Rd reported to be fully involved. Units went on scene with a fully involved structure initiating exterior attack. Two hydrants were secured. 255 deployed 2 handlines and a deluge set and 165 deployed 3 handlines. Command under control @ 2059 hours with units working. Units back in quarters @ 2228 hours.

On Tuesday, 10/14/08, @ 0608 hours Talleyville was dispatched for a MVC w/Rollover on fire @ Powder Mill Rd & Rockland Rd. Also dispatched were Engine 115, Medic 8, ALS 12 and ALS 24 (Trooper 4 down for weather). Units went on scene with a single vehicle crash(no fire) with the lone occupant trapped. Occupant was found to be absent of any vitals and with injuries not compatible with life and pronounced at the scene by Medic 8. On Sunday, 06/22/08 @ 0154 hours Talleyville was dispatched to a MVC in the 5100blk of Kennett Pike. A-25 and DelCo Engine 52-1(on an overnight cover-up) made that response. While enroute units were advised this incident was the result of a car jacking. Both units on scene reporting entrapment and requesting ALS intervention. Medic 7B was then added to the call. Aviation was offered and refused by 52 Command. Extrication complete and under control @ 0216 hours per 52 Command. A-25 and Medic 7B to the CER @ 0222 hours.

On Monday, 06/02/08 @ 2107 hours Talleyville was dispatched for a MVC w/Rollover in the 100 blk of Ramsey Rd. B-25, Rescue 25 and 253 made that response with a total of 13 personnel. On Sunday, June 1st @ 1649 hours Rescue 25 (on the road) was alerted to respond and assist Station 19 on a MVC w/Rollover and Entrapment on Route 52 @ State Line. Also responding were Medic 7, ALS 29 and Trooper 4. Upon further review FB advised responding units the incident is now believed to be on Route 52 N of the State Line and ChesCo 25 (Longwood) was also making the response. On scene with a single vehicle rollover with lone occupant trapped. After vehicle stabilization and door removal patient was treated and packaged by A-19 and Medic 7 for transport to CER @ 1722 hours.

On Monday 01/14/08 @ 1120 hours Talleyville was alerted for a working Multi Residential Structure fire @ 2102 Inglewood Rd in Fairfax. Initial assignment also brought L11,E11,R13,DelCo E66,RIT16, FMO and NCCEMS. 257 and 258 went en route @ 1123 hours and were advised by FB a Dover FF was on scene with fire showing from the # 2 floor advising #1 floor apartments were checked and clear of occupants.. 258 went arrival confirming same. Two(2) 2" handlines were deployed and an aggressive suppression effort made for a quick knock down. Primary and Secondary searches came up negative. Deputy 25 reported @ 1132 hours all visable fire knocked down. 258 reported @ 1135 all visable fire knocked down, ground ladders in place checking attic area for extension. 258 under control @ 1139 hours all units working. Assisting units began making them selves available @ 1201 hours. Back in quarters @ 1315 hours.
