On Wednesday, March 19th @ 2140 hours Talleyville was dispatched for a MVC w/Entrapment on I-95SB @ Route 202. B-25, Rescue 25 and 253 made that response with a total of 15 personnel. Access was made into the wreckage for patient assessment and the lone occupant was found to be absent of vitals signs and pronounced. On Monday 01/14/08 @ 1120 hours Talleyville was alerted for a working Multi Residential Structure fire @ 2102 Inglewood Rd in Fairfax. Initial assignment also brought L11,E11,R13,DelCo E66,RIT16, FMO and NCCEMS. 257 and 258 went en route @ 1123 hours and were advised by FB a Dover FF was on scene with fire showing from the # 2 floor advising #1 floor apartments were checked and clear of occupants.. 258 went arrival confirming same. Two(2) 2" handlines were deployed and an aggressive suppression effort made for a quick knock down. Primary and Secondary searches came up negative. Deputy 25 reported @ 1132 hours all visable fire knocked down. 258 reported @ 1135 all visable fire knocked down, ground ladders in place checking attic area for extension. 258 under control @ 1139 hours all units working. On Tuesday, 12/04/07 @ 1026 hours Talleyville was alerted to assist Station 11 w/ mulch piles on fire @ Holland Mulch 135 Hay Rd. 257 and 253 made that response with 8 total personnel. 257 was assigned to take a position on the 495NB on ramp from Hay Rd. 253 was assigned to assist with water supply to the scene. 257 operated from their location for 5 hours utilizing the fly pipe on the originating pile and wet down of other areas, then deployed two 2" hand lines to another area of the complex. At 1500 hrs 257 was relocated to Hay Road to assist in the wetting down of massive piles of tree stumps and other debris stored on this property. 257 returned to quarters @ 1610 hours. 253 returned @ 1857 hours.

Thursday, November 1st, @ 1542 hours Talleyville was dispatched for a MVC w/Rollover on the I-95SB on ramp from Route 202SB. B-25 and Rescue 25 made that response with 7 total personnel. On scene to have found a single vehicle had left the dispatched ramp traveled through the woods and down the embankment to the off ramp below from I-95SB. Sunday, October 28th @ 0305 hours Talleyville was dispatched for an Engine assist, Claymont, on a structure fire in the area of Brandywine St and Commonwealth Ave. Engine 253 made that response along with Engine and Rescue 11. 138C on scene with a M/O/R with fire showing from the #2 floor. The working fire upgrade brought RIT 20, DelCo E39 and R39, NCC Medic 4, ALS 24, B-17, B-11 and FMO to the scene. 253's crew was assigned the "D" exposure and advanced a 2" line to that location and reported negative fire extension.. 2 occupants treated at scene for smoke inhalation. On Saturday, 09/22/07 @ 1818 hours Talleyville was dispatched for a MVC w/ejection @ Route 202 & Setting Blvd. B-25 and Rescue 25 made that response with a total of 6 personnel. On Wednesday, July 18th @ 1513 hours Talleyville was dispatched for a single family dwelling @ 8 Top of the State Rd in Centerville for an AFA. Original dispatch included Stations 14 and 19(non-hydrant response). Rescue 25 went on scene with smoke showing.Call was then upgraded adding Ladder 17, RIT 16, Engine 25(ChesCo) and 23 had the cover. Crews encountered 2 rooms and contents on the # 1 floor on fire. Primary and secondary search came up negative. An aggressive suppression effort made quick work of the fire. Centerville Command held units on scene returning 17 and ChesCo 25 while still en route.Crews rotated through for salvage and overhaul. Units cleared at 1700 hours. SFMO on scene.

On Friday, June 1st @ 1533 hours Talleyville was alerted to a MVC w/ entrapment in the 1600 blk of Concord Pike. A-25, Rescue 25 and 252 made that response with a total of 10 personnel. Initial dispatch also sent Medics 4 and 8, ALS 23, A-11 and Trooper 4. On arrival units encountered a multi vehicle MVC with wreckage spread out over 400 feet in both the NB and SB lanes. Rescue 25's crew handled the vehicle that had 2 trapped. Requests for more BLS brought 20, 23 ,14 to the scene. LifeNet was also requested. A level 1 MCI was paged out per ALS23. 7 patients transported, 2 of which were flown. 252's crew secured diesel leak from saddle tank. DNREC and HazMat 30 were requested. Units cleared @ 1800 hours.

On Saturday, 3/24/07 @ 1345 hours Talleyville was dispatched for a Single Family Structure fire @ 3310 Shellpot Dr in the subdivision of McDaniel Crest. 257, 255 and 253 made that response with a total of 12 personnel Initial dispatch also sent Engine 13 and Engine&Rescue 11. While enroute FB upgraded adding RIT 16, Medic 8 and A-11. 258 went on scene with fire showing requesting the "working fire" upgrade. Upgrade brought Ladder 13 ,DelCo Engine 66 and the SFMO to the scene. Aggressive attack and ventilation efforts made quick work of a kitchen fire with extensions. Engine 14 had the cover. On Friday, January 12th @ 1221 hours Talleyville was dispatched for a MVC @ Foulk and Weldin Rds. A-25 and Rescue25 made that response with a total of 6 personnel. On arrival units encountered a single vehicle that had left the roadway and struck a Crypt in the Lombardy Cemetery. B-25 requested a Medic Unit due to mechanism and a medical episode prior to collision. B-25 and Medic 8 enroute to CER w/1 patient. Occupant of the Crypt was unharmed.

On Wednesday, January 3rd @ 2231 hours Talleyville was dispatched for a MVC involving a motorcycle on Concord Pike in the area of the State Line. A-25 and Rescue 25 made that response with a total of 7 personnel. Trooper 4 and Medic 4 dispatched per County policy. On arrival units found the lone rider of the motorcycle, unconscious and laying in the northbound travel lanes of Route 202. Patient was treated and packaged at scene for transport to an awaiting Medic 4 on Route 202 @ Concord Mall. Trooper 4 was cancelled per Medic 4. BLS and ALS enroute to CER w/trauma code @ 2243 hours. Rescue cleared @ 2246 hours.

On 10/31/06 @ 0309hrs Station 25 was dispatched to a house fire @ 2516 Dartmouth Woods Rd., fire reported in the garage. 255,257,253 and R25 made that response with a total of 18 personnel. Also on the initial response were Squad13, E13 and E66(DelCo). Response upgraded enroute due to a NCCPD report of fire extension into the 2nd floor. Upgrade brought R11, EMS and FMO. On scene with an attached garage. Squad13 had the roof and E66 had the RIT. No fire extension to the living quarters. Units cleared @ 0504hrs.

On Monday, 09/25/06 @ 1918hrs Talleyville was dispatched to assist Station 13 @ 2742 Chinchilla Dr, Northcrest. 253 made that response with 7 total personnel. 135 on scene with heavy fire throughout. 253?s crew assisted with suppression and search and rescue. The lone occupant was found during the search and removed to the front lawn and handed off to EMS personnel in cardiac arrest. On Friday 09/15/06 @ 1429 hours Talleyville was dispatched for a MVC w/Entrapment in the 2900blk of Concord Pike. Rescue25 and 252 made that response with 8 personnel. Also dispatched were B13, Medic1, Medic1778, ALS21 and Trooper 4. Rescue 25 on scene reporting negative entrapment. The only injury at the scene was treated by the Rescue's crew, B 13 and Medics, packaged and handed off to Trooper 4 for transport to CER w/trauma code. Patient succumbed to his injuries after arrival at the ER. Units cleared at 1500 hours

On Monday, 8/21 @ 1014 hours Talleyville was alerted for a Commercial Structure fire @ The Food Source store in the Greenville Center @ 3801 Kennett Pike. Also on 1st due were Eng&Ladder 16, Rescue 17, Engs 14 and 19. 255 on location reporting smoke showing. Upgrade added 2/21 for the RIT, Medic 1, A-11,138 and FMO to the response. Fire was confined to the roof area that had been ignited by an exhaust hood from the store?s bakery. Under control @ 1036 hours. Back in quarters @ 1120 hours

On Tuesday, July 4th @ 1622 hours, Talleyville was dispatched to a residential structure fire @ 2605 Bradwood Rd in Dartmouth Woods for a report of smoke coming from the residence. Initial dispatch also sent Station 13 and Station 66(DelCo). 255,257,253 and R25 made that response with a total of 20 personnel. 255 went on scene with smoke showing. Upgrade brought Station 59(DelCo) ,Station 11,NCCEMS and FMO to the scene. Crews encountered a basement fire with extension through the 1st floor. Fire under control @ 1649 hours. Units back in quarters @ 1801 hours

MVC w/Entrapment 06/27/06 On Tuesday 6/27/06 @ 2128 hours Talleyville was dispatched for a MVC w/Entrapment, vehicle reported under a tractor trailer. B-25, Rescue 25 and 252 made that response with a total of 14 personnel. B-25 on scene reporting vehicle under a gasoline tanker trailer. Vehicle was found to be under trailer with trailer discharge manifold in the passenger compartment. Extrication was complete @ 2152 hours. B-25 and Medic 1 en route to CER @ 2155 hours with a trauma alert. ALS 24, DelDot and DSP also on scene.
