Monday, April 13^th @ 1922 hours Talleyville was alerted for a structure fire @ 26 Neponset Rd in Dartmouth Woods. Initial response also sent Engine and Rescue 13 and DelCo Engine 66. 258 on scene with smoke showing. Upgrade brought RIT 11, BLS 13, Medic 4 and ALS 12 to the scene. 258 reports a basement fire with extension to #1 and #2 floors with 3 handlines in service. At 1947 hours 258 ordered an evacuation of the structure for accountability. 258 reported under control with all units working @ 2008 hours. Engine 16 had the cover.All units were clear the scene @ 2220 hours TOT DSFMO

On Friday, March 13^th @ 1542 hours Talleyville was dispatched for an Engine Cover to WFD Station 4. 253 made that response. At 1614 hours 253 was requested to the fire scene in the 600 blk of E. 22ND St.. On arrival the crew of 253 was ordered to advance a handline to the # 2 floor of exposure "D" and assist with suppression and overhaul efforts. 253 remained on scene until 1722 hours. Back in quarters @ 1737 hours.

On Tuesday, 02/24/09 @ 2219hours Talleyville was dispatched for a MVC on Route 202 in the area of I-95. A-25, Rescue 25 and 253 made that response. Units went on scene reporting entrapment requesting a Medic Unit. Medic 8 and ALS 29 were added to the response. Talleyville Command reported extrication complete @ 2234 hours. A-25 and Medic 8 en route to CER with one(1) trauma alert @ 2240 hours. Units AIQ @ 2246 hours.

Wednesday,1/29/09 @ 2245 hours Talleyville was alerted for a MVC w/rollover on Route 202 @ PA State Line. Also dispatched were NCCEMS Medic 4, ALS 12 and Trooper 4. Units on scene reporting a tractor trailer overturned w/driver trapped and a vehicle through the trailer w/one trapped. Medic 8 and A-13 were then added to response.258 reports both patients extricated @ 2308 hours and MVC is in PA and TOT DelCo Station 66. DelCo 66 and 59 were also on scene. A-25 w/Medic 4 to CER w/one and DelCo Medics to Crozer w/one @ 2310 hours. Units cleared @ 2323 hours.

On Friday, 01/16/09 @ 1538 hours Talleyville was alerted for a MVC - Car vs Train on Montchannin Rd. B-25 and Rescue 25 made that response along with Medic8, EMS 3. Units went on location to find the lone occupant trapped(door pop) and also requested Trooper 4. B-25 and Medic 8 treated and packaged patient for hand off to Trooper 4. Trooper 4 en route to CER w/trauma alert @ 1616 hours. Units returned to quarters @ 1627 hours. TOT DSP and DSFP.

On Monday, 1/12/09 @ 1617 hours Talleyville was alerted for an Automobile Fire on Shipley Rd @ Madelyn Gardens. 253 made that response along with 258. On scene with an engine compartment with extension into the passenger compartment.  Under control @ 1636 hours returning to quarters. TOT NCCPD.

On Saturday, 12/13/08 @ 0122 hours Talleyville was dispatched for a MVC w/Entrapment on Concord Pike in the area of I-95. B-25, Rescue 25 and 253 made that response along with NCCEMS Medic 8 and ALS 21. Units on scene with a single vehicle crash in a wooded area with the lone occupant trapped. 258 reported extrication complete and under control @ 0151 hours. A-25 and Medic 8 enroute to CER with (1) trauma code @ 0201 hours.

On Sunday, 12/07/08 @ 1558 hours Talleyville was alerted to assist ChesCo 25 (Longwood) with a 2 Piece Engine Co for a Barn Fire. in the 1500 blk of Fairville Rd in Pennsbury Township. 253 and 255 made that response along with Tanker 19 and BLS 19 from New Castle County. On Thursday, 11/27/08 @ 0123 hours Talleyville was alerted for a MVC with ejection and multiple victims on Augustine Cut Off @ Alapocas Drive. Rescue 25 and 253 made that response. Initial dispatch also sent A13, B14, A16, Medics 7&4, ALS21 and Trooper 4. ALS 21 on scene with 1 trapped and 2 ejected. 258C reported extrication complete and under control @ 0146 hours. All ALS and BLS to CER. Light Truck 23 requested @ 0152 hours. Station 25 units cleared @ 0221 hours. http://www.delawareonline.

On Tuesday, 11/19/08 @ 1957 hours Talleyville was alerted for a Structure Fire in the area of Buck & Ardleigh Rds. Initial dispatch also sent Stations14,16,17,19, A-20, Medic 4, ALS21 and DSFMO to the scene and Engine 11 for the cover. Updated enroute to a house under construction @ 3807 Ardleigh Rd reported to be fully involved. Units went on scene with a fully involved structure initiating exterior attack. Two hydrants were secured. 255 deployed 2 handlines and a deluge set and 165 deployed 3 handlines. Command under control @ 2059 hours with units working. Units back in quarters @ 2228 hours.

On Friday, 10/24/08 @ 0942 hours Talleyville was alerted for a MVC  w/Rollover on Route 202 @ Brandywine Parkway.  Also dispatched were Medic 1 and Trooper 4. B-25, Rescue 25 and 253 made that response. WPD officer on scene reporting (2) subjects trapped @ 0945 hours. Units on scene with one(1) subject trapped requesting 2^nd BLS. B 13 added to call @ 0951. Deputy 25 reports subject extricated and Trooper 4 will be utilized @ 0957 hours.  B-13 enroute to CER @ 1008 hours and Trooper 4 to CER @ 1013 hours.  Station 25 units returning @ 1015 hours.

On Sunday, Sept 14^th @ 1404 hours Talleyville was alerted to assist Claymont on a working structure fire @ 1908 Fairfield Rd with a Rescue and Engine. Rescue 25 and 253 made that response with 10 total personnel. Call was dispatched with smoke showing per FM 33 and 135 confirmed same on arrival. Rescue 25’s crew assisted with suppression and ventilation efforts.  Claymont Command under control @ 1422 hours holding units on scene. Talleyville Units cleared @ 1447 hours. Dispatched Companies were 13,11,25,20,DelCo 39 Delco 66 and NCCEMS.

On Saturday, 08/16/08 @ 1934 hours Talleyville was dispatched to assist Station 13 on a Building Fire @ 2815 Philadelphia Pike. 253 and 257 made that response with a total of 14 personnel. 13-2 on location @ 1936 hours with fire through the roof. Upgraded to a working fire @ 1946 hours. 253 was assigned to take a handline into exposure "B" and locate and suppress any extension. 257's crew was assigned to ladder the "D " side of the structure. Claymont Command reported fire contained to store of origin and primary and secondary searches had negative results @ 2006 hours. 25 units cleared scene @ 2046 hours.

On Wednesday, 08/13/08 @ 2233 hours Talleyville was dispatched for a MVC on Concord Pike in the area of Fairfax Shopping Center. B-25 and Rescue 25 made that response with a total of 8 personnel. Units on scene requesting ALS and an additional BLS @ 2236 hours. A-11 and Medic 10 were then added to the response. Rescue crew assisted BLS personnel and treated fluids on the highway. A-25 and A-11 to CER each with ALS personnel. Rescue cleared scene @ 2255 hours.

On Thursday, 07/03/04 @ 1628 hours Talleyville was alerted for a Structure Fire @ 2702 Point Breeze Dr. Reported as a vehicle fire in attached garage. Also dispatched were R13, E13, DelCo E66. FB advised while enroute that NCCPD were on scene with vehicle fully involved in garage and residence is clear of all occupants. 257 and 258 on scene confirming same. Station 11 was then added for the RIT as well as NCCEMS and DSFMO. 258 reported @ 1641 one(1) handline in service making progress. 258 under control @ 1648 hours with all units working. E11 diverted to Station 25 for the cover. Units cleared scene @ 1750. TOT DSFMO

On Monday, 6/30/08 @ 1922 hours Talleyville was dispatched for a "Person on fire inside the structure" @ 3302 Tunison Dr. A level 4 dispatch was sent bringing T13, E13, R11, E11, DelCo E66, RIT16 and NCCEMS and B-6(w/Czar - nuff said). 257 on location with an active fire on the #2 floor. Primary and secondary searches came up negative. 258 reports under control @ 1942 hours. Assisting units were returned @ 1942 hours. Talleyville units stayed on scene to assist DSFMO. All units cleared @ 2040 hours TOT DSFMO.

On Sunday, 06/22/08 @ 0154 hours Talleyville was dispatched to a MVC in the 5100blk of Kennett Pike. A-25 and DelCo Engine 52-1(on an overnight cover-up) made that response. While enroute units were advised this incident was the result of a car jacking. Both units on scene reporting entrapment and requesting ALS intervention. Medic 7B was then added to the call. Aviation was offered and refused by 52 Command. Extrication complete and under control @ 0216 hours per 52 Command. A-25 and Medic 7B to the CER @ 0222 hours.

On Monday, 06/02/08 @ 2107 hours Talleyville was dispatched for a MVC w/Rollover in the 100 blk of Ramsey Rd. B-25, Rescue 25 and 253 made that response with a total of 13 personnel. Also dispatched were Medic 4, ALS 12 and Trooper 4. 2nd BLS requested bringing A-13 to the scene. On scene with two(2) injured subjects. B-25 and Medic 4 treated and packaged one patient for transport to Trooper 4. Rescue crew and ALS 12 tended to a 2ND patient until A-13's arrival. 253 stood by at LZ and assisted BLS crew. Trooper 4 and ½ of Medic 7 to CER with (1) Trauma Code. A-13 with ½ of Medic 7 to CER with 2nd patient. 25 units cleared @ 2157 hours.

On Sunday, June 1^st @ 1649 hours Rescue 25 (on the road) was alerted to respond and assist Station 19 on a MVC w/Rollover and Entrapment on Route 52 @ State Line. Also responding were Medic 7, ALS 29 and Trooper 4. Upon further review FB advised responding units the incident is now believed to be on Route 52 N of the State Line and ChesCo 25 (Longwood) was also making the response. On scene with a single vehicle rollover with lone occupant trapped. After vehicle stabilization and door removal patient was treated and packaged by A-19 and Medic 7 for transport to CER @ 1722 hours.

On Thursday, May 22^nd @ 2236 hours Talleyville was dispatched for a MVC w/Ejection and multiple victims on I-95SB in the area of Route 202. B-25, Rescue 25 and 253 made that response with a total of 11 personnel. Also dispatched were A-13, Medics 4 and 7, Trooper4, ALS 19 and 29(actors). Units on scene with a two vehicle collision with two(2) patients lying in the roadway. Medic 7 cancelled per Medic 4. A-13 and ½ of Medic 4 treated and packaged one for transport by Trooper 4 to CER @ 2301 hours. B-25 and ½ of Medic 4 treated and transported second victim to CER @ 2259 hours. Units cleared scene @ 2309 hours.

On Friday, May 16^th @ 1031 hours Talleyville was dispatched for a MVC w/Rollover on I-95SB in the area of Route 202. B-25 and Rescue 25 made that response with 7 total personnel. Medic 8 and Trooper 4 also dispatched per EMD. A-13 in the area reporting an ejection. Units on scene with a single vehicle accident with one(1) patient. BLS and ALS treated and stabilized patient for transport to CER @ 1050 hours. Trooper 4 down due to weather. Units cleared @ 1051 hours.

On Monday, 04/07/08, @ 0412 hours Talleyville was dispatched to assist Station 11 with a one(1) piece Engine on a structure fire. 253 made that response with 6 total personnel Initial alarm also sent Station 13 for an Engine and Rescue. 11-8 on scene @ 0418 w/heavy fire. Upgrade added Station 20 for the RIT, Station 22 for the cover, NCCEMS and DSFMO. Brandywine Command transmitted exterior attack only @ 0422 hours.253's crew assisted with suppression efforts. Brandywine Command under control @ 0503 hours. 253 released @ 0545 hours

On Saturday, April 5^th @ 2330 hours Talleyville was dispatched for a MVC w/ejection in the unit block of Adams Dam Rd. B-25, Rescue 25 and 253 made that response with a total of 13 personnel. Also on original dispatch were Medic 1, Trooper 4, ALS 24, ALS 14 and ALS 12. B-25 on scene with the lone occupant laying in the travel lane. 253 stood by the LZ per 258. Medic decision to go by ground @ 0001 hours. B-25 en route to CER with one(1) trauma code. Trooper 4 released. Units cleared @ 0021 hours.

On Thursday, 3/20/08, @ 1432 hours Talleyville was dispatched for a MVC w/Rollover on I-95Sb @ Rock Manor Golf Course. A-25, Rescue 25 and 253 made that response along with NCC Medic 4, ALS 21 and Trooper 4. On scene with a single vehicle accident with 2 occupants injured. Trooper 4 cancelled per Medic 4. Request for 2ND BLS brought A-11 to the scene. A-25 en route to CER w/Medic 4 @ 1452 hours. A-11 to CER @ 1454 hours. Units cleared scene @ 1453 hours.

On Wednesday, March 19^th @ 2140 hours Talleyville was dispatched for a MVC w/Entrapment on I-95SB @ Route 202. B-25, Rescue 25 and 253 made that response with a total of 15 personnel. Also on initial were Medic 4, ALS 21 and Trooper 4. Medic 4 on location with heavy entrapment, possible DOA. Access was made into the wreckage for patient assessment and the lone occupant was found to be absent of vitals signs and pronounced. Extrication continued for removal by the Medical Examiners Office. Extrication was complete @ 2247 hours. Units back in quarters @ 2352 hours.

On Friday, February 29^th @ 1054 hours Talleyville was alerted for a MVC @ Shipley and Naamans Rds. B-25 and Rescue 25 made that response with 7 total personnel. Both units on scene @ 1100hours advising entrapment requesting a Medic Unit. Medic 8, ALS 29 and Trooper 4 were added to the response at that time. Extrication was complete @ 1110 hours. Trooper 4 to CER @ 1130 hours. Units cleared scene @ 1131 hours.

On Monday, 01/21/08 @ 0800 hours Talleyville was dispatched for an Engine and Ladder assist to Station 11 district for a working structure fire @ 8 River Way, River Woods. 257 and 253 made that response with 8 total personnel. 118 on scene with heavy fire from the #1 and # 2 floors of the structure. Crews were assigned various tasks while on scene. 118 reported bulk of fire knocked down, 3 lines in service @ 0848 hours. Under control @ 0857 hours Units returned @ 0957 hours.

On Monday 01/14/08 @ 1120 hours Talleyville was alerted for a working Multi Residential Structure fire @ 2102 Inglewood Rd in Fairfax. Initial assignment also brought L11,E11,R13,DelCo E66,RIT16, FMO and NCCEMS. 257 and 258 went en route @ 1123 hours and were advised by FB a Dover FF was on scene with fire showing from the # 2 floor advising #1 floor apartments were checked and clear of occupants.. 258 went arrival confirming same. Two(2) 2" handlines were deployed and an aggressive suppression effort made for a quick knock down. Primary and Secondary searches came up negative. Deputy 25 reported @ 1132 hours all visable fire knocked down. 258 reported @ 1135 all visable fire knocked down, ground ladders in place checking attic area for extension. 258 under control @ 1139 hours all units working. Assisting units began making them selves available @ 1201 hours. Back in quarters @ 1315 hours.
